Two RTP movers this week. Both moved toward, not away from, provider-stated. Both deltas are within bench-tolerance bands. Below: this week's RLSH delta read on Hacksaw Gaming Le Bandit and Fa Chai Phoenix Fever, plus the methodology note for any reader who wants to reproduce the bench.
The movers · April 14–20, 2026
| Title | Provider | Provider RTP | Last week observed | This week observed | Delta |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Le Bandit | Hacksaw Gaming | 96.34% | 96.62% | 96.39% | −0.23% |
| Phoenix Fever | Fa Chai | 96.50% | 96.18% | 96.47% | +0.29% |
Both movers regressed toward the provider-stated baseline this week. RLSH treats deltas of < 0.30% as within tolerance for medium-volatility titles and does not flag them as configuration changes. No operator-side RTP variant change has been detected for either title.
Le Bandit read
Last week's bench (April 7–13, 7,400 spins) returned 96.62% — 0.28% above the 96.34% Pragmatic-equivalent base. This week's bench (April 14–20, 8,200 spins) closed at 96.39%, 0.05% above provider-stated. The week-over-week move is not a configuration change; it is the natural mean-reversion pattern that medium-volatility cluster-pay titles exhibit across 7-day windows.
Le Bandit's mechanics — 6×5 cluster pays, super-cascade chains, Luck-of-the-Bandit free-spins — make it Hacksaw's medium-volatility entry point. Players who ran Wanted Dead's higher tiers this week and want a lower-stress next session will see Le Bandit in the same tab.
Phoenix Fever read
Last week's bench (April 7–13, 6,200 spins) returned 96.18% — 0.32% below the 96.50% Fa Chai-stated number, just outside RLSH's ±0.30% tolerance. The flag was raised on April 14 in the watch list. This week's bench (April 14–20, 6,800 spins) closed at 96.47%, well inside tolerance. The flag is cleared.
Phoenix Fever's variance profile — medium volatility, 1,000× max, 243 ways, expanding wild-phoenix mechanic — is comparable to Lucky Neko in pacing. The week-2 dip likely reflected a shorter 6,200-spin sample rather than any operator-side change.
Methodology note
RTP observations are computed from RLSH-affiliated player-account telemetry. Single bet level per session; buy-features excluded from RTP calculation. Tolerance bands: ±0.30% for medium-volatility titles, ±0.50% for high-volatility. Sessions below 5,000 base spins do not enter the weekly delta table. The next delta cut publishes April 27.
