Six PH-IP slots moved more than 0.4 RTP points in RLSH's May Week 4 bench window, led by Jili Mega Ace at +0.42, Hacksaw Le Bandit at +0.31, Sugar Rush Xmas at -0.27, Money Coming at +0.19, Mahjong Ways 2 at -0.22, and Big Bass Splash at +0.18. The window runs Mon May 18 to Sun May 24, 2026, sampled across 11 PH-IP sessions per slot, minimum 1,200 spins per slot per day. Deltas are measured against the prior week's bench, not against provider-stated RTP.
The bench voice on this report is descriptive, not predictive. A +0.42 read on Mega Ace is what the registry observed in the May Week 4 sample window; it is not a forward-looking signal for next week.

The movers (May Week 4)
Three of the six are positive movers; three are negative. None of the four providers (Jili, Hacksaw Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft) issued a configuration change during the window per their public update logs. The bench treats anything inside ±0.10 as noise, ±0.10 to ±0.30 as watch-list, and ±0.30 or larger as a published mover.
Jili Mega Ace +0.42 read
Mega Ace, the 6-reel 117,649-ways extension of the Super Ace family, posted a +0.42 read against the Week 3 baseline across 14,200 spins. Bonus-round trigger frequency sat at one in 142 spins, against a prior-week one in 159. The lift came largely from inside the bonus economy rather than from base-game wild multiplier hits. RLSH does not treat this as a permanent shift.
Hacksaw Le Bandit +0.31 read
Le Bandit, the heist-themed Hacksaw Gaming title (provider-stated RTP 96.39%, max win 11,300x), posted +0.31 across 9,800 spins in the Week 4 sample. Vault free-spin entries triggered at one in 168 spins, slightly above the long-run baseline. The mobile cross-channel sample rolled into the same read.
Sugar Rush Xmas -0.27 read
Sugar Rush Xmas, the Pragmatic Play cluster-pay holiday skin (RTP 96.50%, x128 multiplier ceiling), gave back 0.27 points across 13,400 spins. The drag was concentrated in cluster pays of fewer than ten symbols, where average payout dipped relative to the prior week. The x128 ceiling reach rate was unchanged. Sugar Rush Xmas is the largest negative this week.
Money Coming +0.19 read
Money Coming, Jili's 1-reel lucky-button slot (RTP 96.5% provider-stated), posted a small +0.19 across 6,200 spins. Lucky-button bonus trigger rate sat in line with prior weeks; the lift came from the scatter-pay distribution being slightly upper-skewed.
Mahjong Ways 2 -0.22 read
Mahjong Ways 2, PG Soft's scatter-pay extension with x10 multiplier wild (RTP 96.95% provider-stated), gave back 0.22 across 12,800 spins. The drag came from free-spin retrigger frequency dipping inside the bonus economy. Base-game tumble chains held flat. Mahjong Ways 2 is on the watch-list for Week 5.
Big Bass Splash +0.18 read
Big Bass Splash, Pragmatic Play's fishing-themed entry (RTP 96.71%, x10 multiplier wild), nudged up 0.18 across 11,100 spins. Free-spin bait collections held to baseline; the lift came from base-game wild multiplier landing rate being slightly elevated.
Methodology note
RLSH measures actual bench-window aggregate RTP against the prior bench window for the same slot. PH-IP sessions only. Minimum 1,200 spins per slot per day, minimum 7 sample days per window. Bench excludes any session that touched a provider hotfix window or operator maintenance lull.
What to watch in Week 5
Two checks for Week 5: whether Jili Mega Ace's +0.42 read holds or regresses, and whether Mahjong Ways 2's free-spin retrigger frequency normalizes. Hacksaw Le Bandit's mobile cross-channel sample will roll into the next bench. Sugar Rush Xmas, Money Coming, and Big Bass Splash will be re-cut.

Frequently asked questions
What does an RTP delta of +0.42 actually mean?
The slot's aggregate RTP across this week's RLSH bench window came in 0.42 percentage points higher than the prior week's bench window for the same slot. It is window-over-window, not a structural shift.
Why is Sugar Rush Xmas reported even though its delta is below 0.30?
RLSH publishes high-traffic PH-IP titles even at the watch-list threshold so the running history stays continuous.
Are these movers usable as a betting signal?
No. RTP delta benches describe a past window. Future spins are still independent. Treat the report as observation, not prediction.
